These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the 3rr777 platform ("3rr777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://3rr777.cam.

• "Balance" — the total funds available in a User's Account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another designated currency, comprising Real Money and any eligible Bonus Funds separately tracked.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 3rr777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You do not already hold an existing active Account on the platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You agree to keep this information up to date.

You must choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3rr777 will never request your password through any channel, including email or live chat.

One Account per person is permitted. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and, where fraud is identified, forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3rr777 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed and at any time we reasonably require it.

Accepted identity documents for Pakistani users include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or a valid passport. Proof of address documents may also be required. All submitted documents must be valid, unaltered and clearly legible.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation including source-of-funds evidence where deposits or wagering activity meet specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the deposit amount returned where reasonably practicable. Third-party deposits are a material breach of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 3rr777 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3rr777 accepts no liability.

3rr777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money in your Account and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each bonus carries a stated rollover (wagering requirement) which must be completed within the specified validity period. Incomplete wagering by the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued once per household, IP address and payment method unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute fraud.
• Minimum qualifying deposits are stated per promotion and must be met in a single transaction to trigger the bonus.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• Any applicable wagering requirement attached to an active bonus must be fulfilled before Real Money winnings generated from Bonus Funds are withdrawable.

All bets placed on 3rr777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type, as displayed in the platform at the time of wagering. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules will prevail.

Key general provisions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be edited, cancelled or reversed after acceptance unless expressly permitted by specific market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• 3rr777 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game data has occurred, subject to a good-faith review process.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at the discretion of the platform's odds provider. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC and bilateral series — settlement is based on official result data from the relevant governing body. Abandoned or rain-affected matches will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes. 3rr777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rr777 platform. Breach of any of the provisions in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform if you are under the required minimum age.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the platform to launder money.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended pricing anomalies to generate a systematic advantage ("arbing" or "glitch exploitation").
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other users to exploit game mechanics, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes while retaining winnings.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other location-masking technology.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 3rr777 staff or other users.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 3rr777.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by Users to 3rr777 may be used by us freely for any purpose without obligation, compensation or attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rr777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability, including scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Gambling losses generally — participation in gambling activities involves inherent financial risk which is accepted by the User.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of sports data, odds or live scores provided by third-party data partners.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 3rr777's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any cause of action shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

3rr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct.
• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.
• A User has engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Users.

On closure, any Real Money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User after applicable checks, provided the balance was not acquired through fraudulent means. Bonus Funds are forfeited on closure in all circumstances.

A User wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players requesting self-exclusion will be offered formal Responsible Gambling tools before closure is finalised.

3rr777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address held on their Account, or by a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation or urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the currently operative version. Previous versions are not accessible through the platform but may be obtained by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
